Our packages include the food (menus listed below), linens for guest tables (brides color choice), China, Silverware, Water Glass, Beverage Glass, Linen Napkin, Appropriate Service Staff, Chef, Banquet Captain, Cake Cutting, Chafing Dishes, Serving Pieces, Set Up (2 hours prior) and Clean Up. Based on a 4 hour reception.

Butler’s piping hot crab dip with artisan bread, served alongside a cheese board including house-made savory cheese cakes, assorted domestic and imported cheeses, and a lavish display of various fresh fruits with a honey coconut cream dipping sauce.

Butler’s Bacon Bar $11 per person

Bacon Served 4 Ways. Skewered house-smoked bacon, marinated for 24 hours in Bloody Mary, garlic, bourbon, brown sugar and Teriyaki sauce. Smoked pork belly served with Dijonnaise, bourbon pecan and smoked tomato dipping sauces. Crispy fried bacon and chocolate dipped bacon

Antipasti Bar $10 per person

Large assortment of pickled vegetables, olives, and peppers with crackers, crispy thin bread sticks, breads. With assorted meats and marinated cheeses all set up in the old-fashioned New York style farmers market look, great for outdoor or indoor weddings with the rustic appeal

Menu I

Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast with root vegetable mash, and broccolini topped with Indian butter. Served with dinner rolls and a garden salad composed of seasonal vegetables, toasted almonds, dried fruit, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Menu II

Achiote marinated pork tenderloin over green chili hash browns and topped with corn relish, finished with an orange glaze. Served with dinner rolls and Caesar salad with shaved radicchio, house made croutons and Parmesan chips

Menu III

Crab stuffed Dover Sole with caper butter, dill risotto and haricot verts. Served with dinner rolls and spinach salad with mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, Maytag Blue Cheese, sliced almonds, cucumbers, and onions dressed with red wine vinaigrette

Menu IV

Seared scallops over wilted spinach, black bean and sweet potato hash, and pernod butter. Served with dinner rolls and seasonal kale salad

Menu V

Grilled beef tenderloin medallions over horseradish purple potatoes, grilled asparagus, and red wine demi glace. Served with dinner rolls and a spinach salad composed of mandarin oranges, fresh strawberries, Maytag Blue Cheese, sliced almonds, cucumbers, onions, dressed with red wine vinaigrette

Menu VI

Marinated Portabella Napoleon stuffed with goat cheese, fire roasted red peppers, herb polenta, and finished with a sun dried tomato cream sauce. Served with dinner rolls and garden salad composed of seasonal vegetables, toasted almonds, dried fruit, and balsamic vinaigrette

Recommended number of staff members @ $100 each for Richmond Metro area. $150 each for Williamsburg, Charlottesville, and North of Fredericksburg.

We recommend 1 staff member per 25 guests, in addition we require a 2 chef minimum for all events.
